Our Lexington crews treat the mold and the moisture source together — vapor barriers, drainage, and ventilation — not just the visible growth.
We'll trace the actual source before proposing a fix, rather than treating the first thing we see.
Four reasons Lexington property owners trust us with this specific job.
Standard remediation gear doesn't always fit a crawl space — ours is built for it. We photograph crawl space conditions before and after so you have a visual record.
A properly sealed vapor barrier blocks ground moisture from evaporating up into the crawl space air. Our Lexington equipment is rated for the humidity and tight clearance these spaces demand.
We'll flag any sump pump or grading issue that's feeding the moisture problem. We photograph crawl space conditions before and after so you have a visual record.
A treated crawl space with unresolved humidity is a job waiting to repeat itself. Our Lexington equipment is rated for the humidity and tight clearance these spaces demand.
Every Lexington job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
This single step often does more to prevent recurring mold than any treatment applied afterward.
Standing water in a crawl space needs an exit route, whether that's a new sump pump or corrected grading outside.
Encapsulation costs more upfront but often eliminates repeat Lexington service calls entirely.
Exposed floor joists and subfloor wood get HEPA-vacuumed and treated with an antimicrobial suited for structural lumber.
Some Lexington, MI crawl spaces were built vented, which can actually pull in humid outside air during summer months.
A humidity sensor left in the space can alert you before a small issue becomes a repeat mold problem.
We keep this simple enough to explain before you book, even though the space itself is anything but simple to work in.
A quick call helps our Lexington dispatcher send the right equipment on the first visit. Texting a photo ahead of time can speed up prep.
Response time in Lexington is typically same-day, faster for active emergencies. We arrive in marked vehicles with everything needed to start the assessment right away.
You'll know the full scope and price before we touch anything in your Lexington property. Nothing gets added later that wasn't discussed and approved upfront.
The job isn't done until it passes our own check, backed by a written guarantee. Any follow-up questions get answered on the spot, not routed to voicemail.

The questions we hear most about crawl space work.
Our Lexington techs use low-profile gear built for confined spaces, including knee pads, headlamps, and compact equipment.
Encapsulation addresses the moisture source directly, which is usually what causes crawl space mold to return after a basic treatment.
We'll assess what a prior treatment missed before proposing anything new for your Lexington crawl space.
Air moves between a crawl space and living areas more than most people expect, especially through gaps around plumbing and ductwork.
A standard treatment typically takes one day; full encapsulation can take two to three days depending on square footage.
